Application for registration.—Every building worker registered with the Board carrying on registration with the Welfare Board shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form 3, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every wage record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
