Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of wireless equipment shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
