Intimation of change.—Every licensed surveyor shall intimate to the Land Tribunal, in Form 12 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Land Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
