Rule 4, Law Department (Additional Sub-Registrar) Recruitment Rules, 2012 [S96-S76]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Additional Sub-Registrar in the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution with five years' experience.
