Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
