Grant of certificate of registration.—The Custodian of Enemy Property shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 3 within one hundred and eighty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every title deed stated in the application.
