Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupier dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every document then held; and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
