Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the occupation of land shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every instrument held by him has been disposed of.
