Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the public servant shall apply to the Lokpal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Lokpal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
