Intimation of change.—Every charitable institution shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form 10 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
