Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development (Hoarding Control) Order, 2012 [S96-8AJ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (Uttar Pradesh Act 11 of 1973); (b) "contractor for solid waste collection" means a person carrying on the collection of solid waste; (c) "assessment list" means a assessment list received, held or disposed of by a contractor for solid waste collection in the course of the collection of solid waste; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
