Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a vaccination centre dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Appropriate Authority in Form 21, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every batch then held; and the Appropriate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
