Application for registration.—Every packer carrying on the packing of commodities shall make an application for registration to the National Commission in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every advertisement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
