Intimation of change.—Every captive generating plant owner shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form VII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
