Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a village shop who ceases to carry on the keeping of a village shop shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Block Development Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every village map held by him has been disposed of.
