Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a village shop shall intimate to the Block Development Officer, in Form 4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Block Development Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
