Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance marketing firm who ceases to carry on the marketing of insurance products shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-6 of the manner in which every premium held by him has been disposed of.
