Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stone crusher shall apply to the District Mineral Foundation in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the District Mineral Foundation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
