Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertiser on railway premises shall apply to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
