Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the conductor of a stage carriage shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form 4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
