Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any conductor of a stage carriage dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form 20, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every pollution certificate then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
