Application for registration.—Every conductor of a stage carriage carrying on service as a conductor shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form 4, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
