Intimation of change.—Every conductor of a stage carriage shall intimate to the Government of Haryana, in Form 23 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Haryana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
