Surrender of certificate.—Every conductor of a stage carriage who ceases to carry on service as a conductor shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every trip sheet held by him has been disposed of.
