Application for registration.—Every guarantee holder carrying on the holding of a Government guarantee shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 40, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every purchase order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
