Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the Appropriate Authority, in Form 41 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
