Application for registration.—Every dealer in medical devices carrying on dealing in medical devices shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
