Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sponsor of a competition dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Disciplinary Panel in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every anti-doping form then held; and the Disciplinary Panel shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
