Application for registration.—Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application for registration to the Disciplinary Panel in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every federation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
