Application for registration.—Every trade union carrying on the functioning of a trade union shall make an application for registration to the appropriate Government in Form VI, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
