Intimation of change.—Every sender of commercial messages shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five lakh rupees.
