Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the committee of a gurdwara shall apply to the Registrar of Societies in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
