Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall intimate to the Designated Officer, in Form H and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
