Application for registration.—Every licensed marriage hall carrying on the letting of premises for marriages shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form VI, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
