Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any empanelled consultant dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 19, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every utilisation certificate then held; and the Finance Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
