Maintenance of premises.—Every empanelled consultant shall keep the premises where the provision of consultancy services to the Government is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every purchase order kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the provision of consultancy services to the Government, and shall furnish to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 19, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
