Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form 21, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
