Application for registration.—Every transporter of minerals carrying on the transport of minerals shall make an application for registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every survey map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
