Application for registration.—Every point of presence carrying on the registration of subscribers shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 13, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
