Surrender of certificate.—Every flying training organisation who ceases to carry on the training of pilots shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-7 of the manner in which every cargo manifest held by him has been disposed of.
