Intimation of change.—Every operator of a helicopter shall intimate to the Authority, in Form CA-6 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
