Surrender of certificate.—Every enrolled person who ceases to carry on service in the Force shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Defence Estates Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every identity card held by him has been disposed of.
