Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of donations who ceases to carry on the collection of donations for a charity shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
