Bye-law 36, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Fees of The sending of commercial messages) Bye-laws, 2010 [S93-FT6]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 May 2010.
Safe custody.—Every sender of commercial messages shall keep every subscriber record to which these bye-laws apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sending of commercial messages is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every subscriber record so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Universal Service Obligation Fund within fifteen days of the close of each year.
