Bye-law 30, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Fees of The sending of commercial messages) Bye-laws, 2010 [S93-FMT]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the sender of commercial messages aggrieved by it in Form D within sixty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
