Intimation of change.—Every sender of commercial messages shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
