Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five lakh rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Universal Service Obligation Fund by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
