Authorised agent.—Any sender of commercial messages may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form C the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and twenty days of the revocation.
