Bye-law 25, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Fees of The sending of commercial messages) Bye-laws, 2010 [S93-FF9]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 May 2010.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sender of commercial messages shall apply to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
