Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Universal Service Obligation Fund in the custody of the Assistant Director General, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Universal Service Obligation Fund; and where the Assistant Director General having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form B within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
